      This bank is a joke and it’s staff at the South Elgin location are unprofessional and they play games. Their online payment system can likely be hacked by a 3rd grader. I completed the entire online banking process and even received confirmation that everything was properly set up, only to try and use it the next month and it fail. I tried to speak with the lady that helped me the prior month only to be told that I couldn’t be transferred to her until I gave them my private information, which the guy told me she’d also ask me for. When I said that made no sense, they kept intentionally placing me on hold. Real professional from a place handling people’s money. I just wanted to get the lady’s voicemail and he wouldn’t transfer me. My piggy bank is more professional than this banking group.

      Victor was great to work with!! He is in the South Elgin branch and I live in Chicago. I applied for an auto loan over the phone and worked directly with him. The process was super simple and worth it. I received a good rate and was able to purchase my car at the dealer with little hassle. However, the drive was a bit long to sign the paperwork, but was truly worth it!!
