      Awesome place to do your banking friendly service knowledgeable about all your banking needs.Ever since my dad a former Pratt Whitney employee took me to American Eagle Credit Union it been an excellent experience I couldn’t see my self and any banking institutions thank you.

      I'm so disappointed with American Eagle Financial Credit Union again, I go to the window teller drivethru. He greets me, ok kool I then tell him I need a few $10s and $5s he clearly states ok no problem. So I pulled off i and I stop to get my ID out the envelope, yup you guessed it, he gave me all $20s. Why is it so hard to listen to the customer. I've been a member for more then 10 years. I think its time to consider banking elsewhere. HORRIBLE SERVICE, JUST HORRIBLE. This is the second time I have to go through this first Newington Branch now West Hartford branch. He was more worried about my account being negative then servicing me properly. This is why I rather go inside where the staff actually listens to the customer.
