West Hartford is an amazing Branch. During the Corona virus PANDEMIC the staff came outside to help customers with all kinds of questions and banking needs. Their caring customer skills patience kindness blew me away. From the Branch Manager tellers customer service staff and any others I have missed. Thank you

They won't talk to me about rates and other details of refinancing my mortgage without me giving them my social security number and permission to run my credit first. Even the automated phone line asks for your social before talking to someone. I'm sorry but I don't give out that information unless I'm sure I'll be using your services. I made an appointment and Alex Wisz never called. I called them and was told I have to talk to this Alex on the phone first before I can make an in person appointment. They said they would notify Alex to call me and he still didn't call. So disappointed I had heard such good things about this bank too.

Horrible customer service experience. I have been a member for 5+ years and called with a simple question. The CST cut me off repeatedly and never asked what my real problem was. Absolutely awful experience.
