DO NOT GET A HOME LOAN WITH THIS BANK. I HAVE MADE FIVE ATTEMPTS TO GET MY LOAN CURRENT AND UP TO DATE SINCE MY FOREBEARANCE WHICH ENDED IN APRIL AND HAVE GOTTEN NO HELP WHAT SO EVER. THE MANAGER SAYS THEY WILL CALL YOU BACK WITHIN 24-72 HOURS. WHAT A JOKE. BEWARE! 2.7.22- so her I am in February, stil problems with my mortgage. They can't even set up an autodraft. I am telling everyone to beware! I have had many mortgage in in my past life and yet, I can't believe how many hours I have spend trying to set up a autodaft payments and all the customer services tell me is all set on four separate occasions. Not done and they put me into default again. Worst bank ever.

Bank is trash, nothing but problems every time I come here. Not only did they close out my credit account without telling me, which hit my credit score since it was a long time open account, but I was negative for a month during maternity leave, and they closed out my account fully as well, without telling me
