Great service!!I drove 15min to the closest branch which was Newington just to find out when I pulled up at 4:12pm they had already closed. I advised it was an emergency because my card was compromised and hadn't received my new one yet.

Who's bright engineering job is responsible for putting the teller directly next to the atm??? So we have to wait 30 mins for the person in front just to use the atm. Why not build the atm slot apart from from the teller window so that two people can go at once? Instead no, its one at a time , and this was built recently. You guys dont look qt how you're building things? Plenty of room to add qn atm slot AWAY from the teller window. Everyone from now on is getting true ratings from me based on my observations inside and out

Horrible service at this location, I went by drivethru window. I was first greeted by a female who sounded really low like if she was in the building next door and asked how I prefer the bills I stated $20s, then two minutes later another teller greets me with a how can I help you, I stated im here to take cash out, then he states ok "so you need to fill out a slip" i reply with I already did and did you give my money to someone else? Two minutes later I get my money $10 $20 $100 bill. I was asked and confirmed how I wanted my bills. Horrible horrible service at this Branch. I have been a member for nearly 15+ years. Oh and calling customer service is even worse. Oh and from looking at other reviews they will not respond to negative reviews, that tells you a lot about this specific branch. Teller #1615
