They don't always screw up but when they do it's bad! Have had a few too many issues with this bank to the point where I'm switching banks. It was only a few issues but they were major issues that made me lose trust in who was handling my money. As a business owner I just can't afford that kinda risk. The branch manager is Very amateur and not professional, she doesn't really seem like she knows what she's doing. This isn’t a reflection of the bank, more so the branch manager.
