We are in the process of buying our first home. Phyllis, Debbie and Joe have been terrific. It's a scary and exciting time. Its comfortable to have them working with us. They answer any questions, even after hours. I completely recommend American Eagle mortgage. As I said ,we are still in the process, I will update when we close.

Nathan helped my wife and I go through the process of buying our first house. We were clueless. Nathan got our pre approval done, and walked us through every step of the way answering any questions we had, and to be honest went above and beyond to do so. We called him after hours numerous times and he always made sure to take care of us. We highly recommend Nathan Gill and his team in Heath!

My wife worked with Phyllis at American Eagle Mortgage. She gave us a pre-approval letter and the financing fell through. I do not blame them for the lack of financing as I understand a pre-approval is not a guarantee. BUT, the handling of the situation was terrible. My wife confirmed, confirmed and confirmed again information with Phyllis. Told her things multiple times. And she told my wife time and time again that it would not be a problem. She had done this many times and our particular situation would be just fine. Then our information went to underwriting and fell through. So either Phyllis is poor at her job, or set our expectations up knowing that this would end in a rejection. Either way, not good. And then, once the rejection came back, Phyllis did not have the decency to call my wife and tell her that there was a rejection and that she had been wrong. She sent an email telling her it didn't work out, and then moments later was "in a meeting" and couldn't take her call. Very poor customer service and a very poor way of doing business.
