      My builder offers a $4500 closing cost credit to get your loan through American Eagle but I can tell you it is not worth the aggravation you'll go through working with these people. I normally do not write reviews on anyone either positively or negatively but my loan officer Michele Pellum is worse than awful. My advise, if you are assigned to her, demand a different loan officer immediately and save yourself some grief.
