      Conrad and his team did a great job guiding me through the process to get my first home loan. He and his team communicated clearly and regularly. They made it easy for me to provide information to them and track my progress as the loan moved toward approval (particularly impressive in the midst of quarantine). Everything went smoothly and was ready ahead of schedule. Conrad also connected me with a realtor and a home insurance provider that I was extremely happy with.
