      Do not do business with this company! They don't know what they are doing (or maybe they do) and will cause you much grief and take your money. They tell you you are approved, no problems, then take your money for an appraisal and the day before your scheduled closing they say....OOPS!!, sorry you not approved when all details were provided upfront. There's something bad wrong with this company and am reporting it to the BBB to try to get my money back. I have bought and sold many houses in my life time and have never experienced anything like this. If you read other reviews you will find the same complaint. Do not recommend.
