  Tony was awesome during me and my husband's home buying process. We ran into a few hiccups at the end but Tony assisted us in making sure that everything went smooth and seamlessly and assuring that we got the keys to our beautiful new home. He was down to earth, friendly but also professional. I would definitely recommend Tony to anyone searching for a lender. He's our guy! We will definitely use him in the future when looking to buy our forever home. Thanks again Tony!!

  This letter is one of gratitude and appreciation for American Financial Network and Mr. Tony Cato in particular. My name is Necole Lindsay, and I just closed a home loan with the help of this wonderful gentleman at the end of August. I’ve been in business for over 25 years, so I have had the opportunity to work with a lot of different types of people. In that time I can honestly say I have not worked with anyone as knowledgeable and helpful as Mr. Cato. I just want to take a minute to commend Mr. Cato on his diligent work. Due to a large school debt, I experienced difficulty gaining approval for a mortgage. I shopped my mortgage application to six other lenders, and each time I was turned down. When I met Tony I did not believe he would be able to accomplish the impossible by approving me for a mortgage but miraculously he did. I received my approval letter in less than 72hours after meeting with him. Instead of giving up and just moving on, Tony stayed in touch to encourage and advise me as I continued through the home buying process. Over these past several months, I have had so many e-mails and phone calls with Mr. Cato that I feel very comfortable recommending him to friends and family and giving him an exemplary review. I am so thankful that Mr. Cato is a representative of American Financial Network and he is passionate about the work he is doing to help others. His flexibility and availability have been invaluable. I don’t normally take this kind of time to express my opinion, but you need to know, from a Very Satisfied Customer, that the perseverance and dedication that Tony showed me during this process has made me a believer in your American Financial Network!
