      This was the 2nd time using American Financial Network. Last year (2020), when we bought our first house, and this year (2021) when we refinanced to take advantage of the low rates. Jay always looks out for our best interest and explains in great detail what the impact of each option would be so we know that we are always making an informed decision. We will no doubt be using them in the future for any other properties we buy & we highly recommend AFN to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy company.

      My loan got denied and Chris didn't even bother informing me. The listing agent informed me...oh Chris said it's a NO. We texted back and forth getting the process started but when I am asking for my status at the end thinking I am almost done. He completely ignored my text like a piece of trash. The company could have sent a professional denied letter or Chris could have give me a call to respectfully give me the sad news.. The loan was denied because I needed to reduce some debt. I asked multiple times, what debt to reduce and what is the amount to reduce. No respond.. Example I could have paid $2000 down on my car note or pay it off. AFN, the team never responded or gave me A CHANCE AS A FIRST TIME HOME BUYER.

      I have used Susan Hooker on 2 seperate occasions!! She is very nice and very helpful explaining everything you need to know thoroughly. She was very informative and whenever I reached out to her she always got back to me in a very timely manner with whatever I needed! I would 100%recommend her to everyone! She is the best!
