  I can admit that they did get everything completed due to the communication between the lender and builder. The issue I had was the lack communication from the lender and all other parties. We were scheduled to close on our home at 9am on a Friday. We had our movers, technician, and deliveries scheduled to arrive at our new house the day of closing at noon that Friday. So that Thursday the day before our closing , we were prepared to close at 9 and move that afternoon in Friday. You would think that if any changes were to be made you would be notified early to reschedule your set appointments. NOPE we were told at 6pm on Thursday that our closing would be pushed back later that Friday. Due to such a late notice of change we were not able to reschedule our movers, technician, or deliveries. We lost all of our deposit for the services we had scheduled. The lender blames the builder and the title company. The title company and builder stated the lender knew Thursday morning about the time change. We were able to move that Friday anyway. Overall the American Financial is a great company and Mike Duncan is the man along with all of his coworkers. Thanks for all your hard work.

  I have had the pleasure of working with Mike and Tom on three occasions. They are an asset to my team as a homeowner and investor. I cannot speak highly enough of their knowledge, professionalism, kindness, and advocacy. As a member of the USN, Tom advocated for me to be able to use my VA loan in a situation where the seller was attempting to set limits on the type of loan I could use. Not only did Tom advocate for me to use my VA loan, but he was also able to work my realtor to explain the process, and close on the home in less than thirty days. He went above and beyond to ensure that this was possible. This level of professionalism, ability to finish a job in a timely manner and run a team is rare. I am so thankful to have them on my team! I will without a doubt plan on working with them in the future and gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a home loan!

  Mike Dugan did a real great job helping me refinance my house to a bettter rate. He explained the process and the time that it would take. A pleasure to do business with. I would recommend anyone on the fence and decide to work with these folks. I am happy from El Paso
