  We have banked here for about 30 years. Friendly, home town atmosphere; great personal service. They've always been ready to help us remortgage, but another vehicle, remodel the house.... anything we want. All you have to do is pay them back. :) We're consolidating our other accounts here for convenience and, well, just a long series of great experiences.

  Worst customer service EVER! Don't bank here!! My friend had a large amount of money stolen from her account at this bank. She showed up 10 mins before closing (as soon as she discovered her money was gone.) and Gina REFUSED to help her that day. Gina told her they couldn't help her today and she should come back tomorrow. My friend went back the next day (today 9/2/21) and the other teller was nice, professional and apologetic, But Ms. Gina was rushed, impatient, rude, unempathetic, unapologetic and demanding that "these things happen all the time" and "if you use online banking it helps to avoid these issues." I am shocked! No apology!!!!!!!!??? Nothing. Kudos to all the tellers at American Heritage Bank who take the time to care about the customers. The other teller went above and beyond. it's a shame they have to overcompensate for Gina's messy behavior.... It sounds like Ms. Gina needs to move on if she hates her job that much.

  Rent Deposit at AHB. Most drive thru's either open early at 7:00 or stay open till at least 6: 00pm. Its almost impossible to make it back from Tulsa when i work 8:15 to 5:00 to make a deposit.. would never bad here, not customer friendly.. I love my TTCU bank.

  As many businesses who have also been affected by COVID-19, American Heritage Bank has had to make many changes during the Pandemic, including reducing hours at our locations. Our Main Motor Bank in Sapulpa will be opening at 7:30 am and closing at 6:00 pm starting October 13, 2020. We also offer a wide variety of electronic services, including online banking, mobile deposit, bill pay, and deposit-enabled ATMs to assist our customers in these unprecedented times.
