Where to start?! From the friendly welcome, to the attentiveness, I have never had a bad experience at American Heritage. They are so helpful and if they do not have an answer, they will work their hardest to find the answer. They are always focused on the helping their members get the best result for their requests. They were unable to enter my address correctly in their system when I first set up my account, so now I have to make a special trip to correct it; who knows where my statements have ended up in the meantime. If they can't transcribe a members' address correctly, who knows how inept they are with everything else.
