After experiencing a major SNAFU with my ATM card a few weeks ago and an attempt at check fraud this week my hat is off to Saquoia Bledsoe & Denise Richards at the West Market Street branch for getting things squared away correctly & quickly. They were able to stop the attempted fraud right away & no money left my accounts. The were helpful, very knowledgeable and totally professional. After the ATM SNAFU, I was considering leaving American Heritage, but Saquoia's professionalism has convinced me to stay.

The agent was inviting, friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me set up a new account and provided me the details of the account requirements to help me choose the best option for my needs. She also assisted me with moving some funds from one account to others. Her customer service skills are rare and exceptional...she gave eye contact and stayed engaged throughout the transaction.
