  I'm gonna start by saying I was an independent contractor, not a client. I'm also gonna start by saying that 99% of these 5 star reviews are given by clients while we the agents stand over their shoulder and watch them type it out and make sure it's a good review. As an employee, this place is awful. The rules change every day or two. There's no set schedule (and if there is, you aren't given it). You're expected to make phone calls basically from 8am to 9pm while being WATCHED over Zoom. Like, the whole point of a remote job is to go off and do your job, not to sit on a meeting the whole time. Speaking of meetings, there's random meetings at all time of the day. There's huddles and script reviews and agency meetings; you barely have time to even MAKE the 200 cold calls per day they're expecting you to make. As a client, it's not any better. I sold a total of one policy to someone who wanted to cancel a month later because it was WAY too expensive (about 200 a month). The client mailed the paperwork to home office within 10 days to get it cancelled without payment, the client paid extra for certified mail to make sure it was there on time, and home office received it June 30 - 5 days before the 10 days was up. Home office claimed they received it July 5, so they billed my client. Then when the client called to ask why, home office spewed some BS about the wrong policy #s being printed on the papers, even tho it's a literal photocopy of what they sent. If it's wrong, it's because home office did it wrong. So home office cancelled half of the policy that was "written right" and kept the other one going. Just lie after lie after lie so they can continue billing. Oh, and btw, anytime a client cancels, they expect you (the agent) to pay the difference for the rest of the year). So don't work for this company, don't buy insurance from this company. Don't give them the time of day. They're on the national registry of pyramid schemes for a reason.
