      I live in Iowa and the American Lake Credit Union was my first credit union that I joined. That was late 2010 and since then I moved to Iowa mainly for the outstanding trophy whitetail deer. Ever since then I've had troubles keeping ahold of my ATM/Debit card. I think I've had over 5 but less than 10 cards replaced. Like I said I hunt just about everything I can kill and the summer is fishing time and I fish a lot of public lakes, rivers, and some private ponds. Needless to say I have been fishing over 80 times this year and lost my billfold twice and the only thing that was replaced quickly and before the 7-10 days that is the normal for other financial institutions. Every single time I recieved my card within 6 days and everything else takes around 3-4 weeks. American Lake Credit Union has been there for me since the day I started my accounts and is the only Credit Union that I've been a member of and it will be the last because I'm not leaving the outstanding customer support and service of my Credit Union especially during the Coronavirus pandemic. I mean what I said and that is why I'll be a customer for life.
