Not sure if ALF is still in business or out of money? Submitted a full file including recent appraisals on April 7th and was told fits their guidelines. A week later was told still in underwriting. Two weeks later was told still in underwriting but should be a good loan for ALF. Was told the file would go to loan committee on the following Monday. No response Monday, No Response Tuesday, No Response Wednesday.....then received an email still in underwriting. When I sent an email asking what is going on and if they are out of money, out of business or what is going on I received this response from their Head of Originations, "Mark us Out then....We've been really backed up and just take us OUT" This was response from ALF after 22 days of promises and a loan committee promise 7 days ago. Extremely poor communication. Not sure what is going on with this company or if they are shutting down??
