      We live in Kentucky, but ordered a Key West 263 FS from Keith which we purchased in March. He was professional, communicated well throughout the process, reviewed all the mechanics and accessories with us, and even helped us map a better route home. He offered for us to FaceTime him with any issues that we might have since this is our first boat and we live 12 hours away.. His customer service is the absolute best! He even brought the bought outside of NYC for us. Keith made the drive well worth it and we would definitely order from him again. Thanks for everything Keith. You are the BEST!!

      The worst thing I could find out I was taking my boat to that workshop they stole my money and I saw the boat 3 times for the same problem they only charged me and they did not fix the problem.

      Melvin, in March of 2020 you brought your boat to us for a standard tune up service and a few odds and ends. You ran it all the way to august of 2020 when you brought your boat to us with a fuel tank fuel of water and an Engine fuel system full of water. We repaired it a requested by you and you used it until December of 2020 when you brought it to us with water in your fuel system again. We repaired the engine at ZERO cost to you ( you paid $0 for the work we did in December) and you where going to address the water in the boat fuel tank on your own to save some money. I am sorry for the issues you having with your old boat but we did our part, you did not do yours.

      We recently brought our boat in for a check up on the outboard, Keith was very thorough, honest and and informative, he's a very nice guy and always a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend this company.
