  Doug Griene was amazing and went WAY above and beyond to help us be able to purchase our first home. Buying your first house can be super intimidating, confusing, and sometimes just plain scary...however when my husband and I were working with Doug I was able to reach him immediately if I had any questions or concerns and he would quickly explain anything I wanted to know, and put my worries at ease. He even got back to me while he was away with his family on vacation!!!! There were a few things during our home buying process that caused us to have to kind of change directions unexpectedly and Doug did everything he could to work around those curveballs get us into the home we wanted and love. He made the process (even with the surprise curveballs) VERY simple and as unstressful as possible. I was very impressed with not only his professionalism, his promptness and knowledge of everything home loan related but his kindness and down to earth relatable friendly personality and hospitality. I can not express enough how great he was to work with and how much he went out of his way to help us!!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts we plan to enjoy our first home to the fullest and whenever it is time for a change we will for sure be working with Doug again!!!!! HIGHLY recommend!!!!!!
