Getting a mortgage proved to be challenging during this pandemic. The original mortgage company that I worked with kept asking for more and more documentation as our closing date approached, and kept offering less and less money. So, we turned to Jae for help during that stressful time, and we were so thankful that we did. Jae helped us immensely, and was very proactive throughout the process. He was able to get everything done incredibly quickly, and we were able to close without any delays. Even the realtor said that his ability to close in such short notice was “magical”.
