      Mike and his team are extremely knowledgeable about the options that are out there for various situations when it comes to mortgages. If you go directly to a lending institution they will only offer what fits into their "cookie cutter" profile for a loan transaction. You could waste weeks of time and get nowhere. With an independent mortgage broker like Mike at AMR they are able to shop around with various lenders and find one with the best terms to give you a mortgage. I also referred a contact who could not get a mortgage and Mike made it happen for them.
