As first time home buyers, Nick and his team at American Mortgage were fantastic to work with. Nick took the time early on before we were even looking to talk us through the mortgage process, to give us advice on the best type of mortgage for our needs, and to teach us more about the home buying process and the market overall. He was extremely prompt in answering all emails no matter the time of day in a thorough and professional manner. If we needed breakdowns of payments on any property we were viewing he always provided them, and once we got in contract the underwriting process was so smooth. His team communicated frequently to let us know where things stood and we closed exactly on time. We were impressed with American Mortgage and would definitely recommend them to any other new (or experienced!) home buyers.
