      I have spoken to Jenny at the Bellevue branch several times and she has been BEYOND helpful! I called with little to no information, no idea what I needed, and she was patient, kind, helpful, knowledgeable and not at all condescending as has been my experience with other banks. She even called me and left a voicemail when she thought of something else that could do to help me. She is a credit to ANB and they are truly lucky to have her. I’ve never done business with ANB but I will now because of my incredibly wonderful experience working with Jenny!!

      I was parked in the back of their empty parking lot for 10 minutes, and they came out and told me to park somewhere else. Trashy people. Stay away from this bank.

      Truly the most inconvenient bank. They offer next to NO customer service outside of business hours. I had an emergency while on vacation and it was absolutely useless trying to find a solution online. The app is basic and the main website offer no solutions on the customer service front.
