      Have been a customer for 20 plus years. Decided to change banks for a closer branch of another organization. Proximity mostly and convenience was my purpose. It has taken months to close the account. Moving money and stopping payments to vendors a mess. Never talking to the same person. When Strosnider left I had a feeling things would roll downhill Disappointed
