      I opened a business account at this location several years ago because it’s convenient, and close to my home. Whenever I had to go inside the bank for whatever reason, I dreaded it . This woman that was always up front, was all smiles when my husband was with me, but a totally different person and rude and condescending when I was alone. I wish I knew her name. She had dark hair, and she had been there for several years, maybe even manager. Thinking back , I really wish I had reported her rude behavior. I tried to be understanding that maybe she was having just having a bad day, it was very clear to me that wasn’t the case. I work with the public and I enjoy my job. I was happy when I noticed she wasn’t there, or even at the drive through window. There are a select few people at that location I can honestly say that are friendly and helpful.

      It’s been about 6 months or more since the ATM machine at the Rowlett location Has been broken. And when we ask the staff at the bank when they will get it fixed they continue to say maybe next month. In the mean time we have use other ATM machines and pay high fees. Considering closing my accounts. Very disappointed.
