      Very informative and patient. Caroline and her team are not overbearing and demanding. They take time to explain things and made sure I understood the entire process. She explained many different programs to me and did not seem to have a biased opinion; however stated facts in my best interest. I really loved using the mobile app. The emails with short videos that explained the current status of the loan process were very helpful and resolved many questions. I recommend Caroline and her team to everyone!
