Tara McCafferty is unprofessional, and She does not communicate the process nor keep us informed of the following steps making up excuses like chid. I would not recommend any services. Because of her, there was delayed by 90 days may 30,2021 home offer was accepted and delayed appraisal inspection because of Tara McCafferty staff. Appraisal inspection was done on July 12, 2021, and the report was due on July 22 and reinspection. She failed to identify the right loan for the home and keep on losing email lose are w-2' and bank statements. On July 30, My wife and I went to the title company to sign a paper of the house that was wasted of gas and time driving from Sacramento, CA, because of unprofessional Tara McCafferty didn't transfer the funds into an escrow account title company can't record of Ownership Transfer with my wife and I didn't get the keys. I am shocked that the sellers didn't cancel our contract yet,.
