Chris Hood, Josh Hood, and their team were fabulous! They really took a lot of fear and confusion out of the home-buying process and allowed us to enjoy the process. Chris was able to give me a lot of really great information based on my financials that provided a helpful insight into what I was able to afford and what my loan options were in a multitude of scenarios. He kept my expectations set at every point in the process, and was able to get my final numbers in under budget, which was awesome!
