Tom was great and made the purchasing experience a breeze. I was so worried and anxious about qualifying and the loan going through, but he was so calm and collected which helped put me at ease. He provided little summary videos at each step which helped give me a better understanding of where we were at in the process and what to expect next. I would definitely refer him to all friends and family. I have heard horror stories about being harassed by the loan officers, but Tom let me know what he needed in a clear and concise manner which helped the loan close more efficiently.

Tom really helped us out when it came time to get our loan. Walked us through the entire process and answered all questions we had. Even help Steer us in the right direction when it came to all the down payment assistance programs as well as whether to go conventional or FHA. A really great experience, I'm glad I finally went to see him for my mortgage. Thanks Tom we couldn't have done it with out you.

Tom works harder to get the loan put through than anyone else. He answered phone calls and text messages. Whatever questions that my wife and I had always got an answer.
