      As a member for over a decade, I can't say enough good things about APCU! They treat you like family, and are always greet you with a smile. Their staff are friendly and professional, and will resolve any issue you may have promptly, and to the very best of their ability. The service here is top notch, and I have never felt anything less than valued as a customer. I will never do my banking with anyone else!

      They never have enough cash on hand. Worst place I ever banked

      We always have cash on hand to cash members checks and for withdrawals. However, it may be necessary to put a hold on an out of state check or a large dollar check until it clears. This is done to protect the credit union from fraud and losses related to fraudulent checks. Most banks and credit unions have a check hold policy, which may differ from bank to bank. Our prime concern is to provide service to our members while protecting the credit union assets.
