      I agreed: DO NOT RENT OR BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. While employed with them. I've been coming in early and head home late. Putting extra hours on typical weekends, working diligently six days of the week just to clean up all unorganized work left from previous. Despite that, all requested tasks has been successfully completed with genuine enjoyment. After all, I was bullied out of their company. I got layoff without a severance package or the opportunity to interview with pinnacle city living. They truly are a dark, corrupt organization because EOE laws are being broken by them on a daily basis.

      DO NOT RENT OR BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I currently live at one of their properties. A 4 year old building. Our amenities we enjoy are: Partial doorman (7am-11pm weekdays and 24 hour on weekends), rooftop with NYC view, pool, balcony, great light and west facing city views. As of Jun 5, Bozzuto management (on behalf of Owners American Realty Advisors notified us that construction on our building will begin Monday, June 8 to the exterior of the building. This will included: No access to rooftop, no access to our personal terraces AND we are required to closed our shades and drapes as there will be a scaffolding with a black shroud around the building blocking the light. In result, we will be losing amenities that we pay for and will no have proper light or ventilation. Not only is the late notice COMPLETELY inconsiderate but the construction is starting during the summer months in which tenants use the amenities the most. The amenities that we pay one the THE MOST EXPENSIVE RENTS IN BROOKLYN for.The amenities that were explained to us upon signing the lease were the reason we pay what we do. Also, additional security has not bee provided to over see the scaffolding that can very easily be climbed by ANYONE to gain access to our apartments. This company has no respect or consideration for tenants. Short notice, no communication, and they even allowed some tenants to renew leases knowing this construction was coming and withholding that information from them. The tenants are banding together to create a solution as near 100% of the tenants are in agreement that this are horrible decisions made on behalf of Bozzuto Management and American Realty Advisors.
