      I have worked with almost all the banks in Kailua over the years, as I own a few businesses. ASB stands out as the most professional and easiest to work with. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. They are very helpful and patient, even with difficult situations where some other banks have been very rude and unwilling to help. I highly recommend American Savings Bank.

      I don’t recommend this to any one. After being with them for 6 years I move my address but I called how many times to update my address. But for thousand reasons they still charge me fees. They need to train there workers to be more responsible for what they do. I even go to couple branches just to make sure they do it. I guess they just like to eat your money. Sad but it’s true. SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
