  We love American Savings Bank. Staff is kind, professional and when we go in with any questions if they cant answer right away they call us the same day after they find out the answer. I have had staff give their bus card with direct line and email to call anytime. We have been now with ASB over decade and so happy. They are our bank for life. I like that the staff has a low turn over. This is a sign of great management. During the pandemic they were bombarded with calls and emails by customers yet still managed to email us back every step of the way and showing grace, patience and compassion. This week we miscalculated our account and a check did not go through but due to Covid-19 they waived the fee and cleared it. Thank you being there for our family during these hard times. When times are tough and your incredibule transpanarncy is pheoninal and your a bank with a heart.

  The branch manager Bonnie West is very unprofessional. We've had an unresolved issue with a dispute we filed back in October 2019. We were told by their claim department, she is the only person who can help us. We left several messages for her, she never bothered to return our call. It's been 5 months and we still don't have our money. Also, we closed our line of credit but the bank would still charged us annual fee even though the line of credit was closed. We had to personally do it in person at the Pukalani branch and even got a confirmation in writing. A week later and we still don't have our money. The worst bank ever!
