      I hope there is no star but this is the lowest it can get. Talked to a lady Ashley and got the most disappointing customer service ever. Location is very good on the positive side. I wont bank there if I can.

      Officially Closed my personal checking account with this bank. When I came to reopen my account they said I have a negative balance of $2 on my old account and cannot reopen my account without a manager on site. My phone number is on file along with my address. I received no mail or phone calls stating my “closed” account was negative. Keep in mind this is Saturday, a day most people finally have time off work to visit the bank and they don’t have the people necessary to keep things smooth and afloat. I’ll take my business to Bank of Hawaii instead.
