      Re opened a account here and after third visit, two of the woman working here already knew me by last name and would always greet me and make me feel welcome. Always friendly, very professional and always willing to help and give me the answers I need when asked. Very much recommend this bank. By far friendliest staff at this ASB

      I understand wait times are long, but after listening to the 4 commercials on loop 😒 to the point that ive memorized them just to get to someone just for her to hang up on customer is bad customer service. I just asked a question and if she couldn't help me, get me to a supervisor who can. Where is the callback feature on this thing?
