  Beware of this bank if you do not in tend to keep, closed my account with them and won't accept any over the phone payment or send to a third party debt collector so I can be able to make a little 200 payment. They will NOT work with you at all and are very rude. Bunch of non sense and time wasters. I encourage everyone to stay away from American savings bank!

  I went to this location recently and was surprised there were no hand sanitizer pumps available for the public’s use. With all the instructions (Covid-19) about keeping essential businesses clean as much as possible, I would think that would be one of the first steps to take. The tellers had their hand sanitizers but it was over the counter and appeared to be for them. I’d strongly suggest having some hand sanitizer placed near the entrance/exit doors of the bank. Stay safe everyone! ***UPDATE*** The last time I went to this location, they had a big pump container of hand sanitizer for everyone to use. There were social distance markers clearly seen for those waiting in line and during bank transactions. Also, the two front doors were kept open which I feel is a great plus to allow as much fresh air in as possible, during this pandemic. Great job!
