Morgan Braud is the bomb, if you're looking to close on time. Call her. As an Insurance agent in this industry, you hear a lot of bad reviews on Loan Officers. She's by far the best one out there, working for the client. Call her if you are in LA or TX, she will have you pre approved and ready to close in no time!

Since I'm a first time homebuyer, Morgan spent a bunch of time texting/emailing/calling/video calling to answer all my questions both on the weekend and weekdays. She was patient and walked me through everything and gave me updates the whole way through. We definitely will be going with Morgan at American South Mortgage again.

Working with Morgan made our home refinance so easy. She walked us through every phase of the process and consistently kept us in the loop with up-to-date information. Going into the refinance, most people we talked to about the process told us how much of a hassle the whole thing could be, but we were more than happy with the results and support received from the whole team at ASM.
