      AFG handled it! This took a huge load of stress off of our shoulders as we were busy selling one home and also looking for our new home. It was really nice to have one less thing to worry about. There was an instant comfort level when we talked with the team handling our loan. We knew we had made the right choice. We also got a great rate. A little over 1.5% lower than our previous loan from another lender! What really stood out to me is they delivered exactly what they told us they could from the first time we spoke with them. To me, that shows they are experts in their field.

      We contacted Americas Funding Group during a time of extremely high refi volume. Some of the other lenders we contacted responded days or weeks later, long after we had locked in a very competitive rate. Americas Funding Group were great to work with throughout the process, making it very easy with clear communication and quick responses when we had questions. This was our first refinance experience, and Patrick also took the time to educate us upfront on what to expect.
