AmeriFirst does not know what they are doing. Aaron is the worst loan officer I have ever known. I provided all my important documents 2/1/17 with letter of Short Sale. Instead of telling me right-of-way that you do not qualify, they gave me a pre-qual letter, asked me to pay $550 for appraisal, then after one month on 3/3/17 told me that I do not qualify because of the short sale. This does not make sense. They must not know what they are doing. Otherwise, they should not have issued the Pre-Qual letter and should not have asked me to pay for appraisal!!! They should at least pay back our $550 and apologist for their neglect.
