  I worked with Mr. Prickett on a mortgage for my first home. After my original lender left me high and dry the day before closing, Mr.Prickett took over and made it happen. Thanks to him I was able to close on my first home and I was very impressed with his service.

  Made an inquiry via their online loan application process. I omitted social security number and birthday. Supreme Lending then ran a credit background check from my name and address only. This action was without my written approval pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Do not use this company (emphasis added)! The company may look local on the net, but located in Dallas, Texas. I received a call from Supreme Lending indicating he was the manager. The "manager" basically threatened to "forward this to appropriate persons" within the company with the subtle comment(s) to indicate legal action maybe pending..saying the "company did not request a credit report". This is untruthful statement. Experian sent me a notice of when and who requested credit report and have retained a copy. This information plus personal declaration is now on file with my attorney. Again, use utmost discretion during the application process to any online lender, but especially this mortgage lender company located in Dallas, Texas. Nothing follows...

  Just to clarify, there was a local Supreme Lending Branch of August 2019, but we changed companies to Amerifirst Home Mortgage and we did not realize that it was listed with Google my Business. I will look into how to update that information today. If you applied 3 weeks ago, you didn't apply with Derek Prickett who WAS the local branch Loan Officer and Branch Manager. In Supreme's defense, I don't believe that you can pull a credit report without a Social Security number and/or birthdate so your alert from Experian may have been from something else. But since it was not with us, I obviously do not have sufficient information to say for sure.
