      Terrible customer service. I contacted Jeremy about a mortgage and not only did he make fun of my husband's income, but was $30,000 off on the loan amount that we are actually able to get. He has also been calling, emailing, texting and even sending letters to my house non-stop. Very unprofessional and has a cocky know-it-all attitude. I would recommend going elsewhere to someone with more experience.
