An absolute joke of a company. I have had a mortgage with them since 2019 so when I wanted to refinance it seemed like a good choice. THEY HAD ME SIGN DOCUMENTS WITH MY NAME ON THEM THAT HAD NUMBERS FOR ANOTHER PROPERTY ENTIRELY. We ended up having to wire back thousands of dollars A FULL WEEK after we were confirmed to be closed and after double checking with our loan team. Do not waste your time, energy, or money with these people. They are a national company that is too big for itself and cant even get the details right. If I could leave negative stars I absolutely would. Disgrace of a company.

Words can not describe how wonderful the team working on my mortgage were. Steven and Michael are an awesome team. We hit quite a few speed bumps along the way and they never gave up on us. They are kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend Amerifirst 100%
