  There are so many things that go into being a good provider of services. Jim Gaffney, Destiny, Erica and Zach are not just good - they are amazing. To find people in this day and age who are kind, who sincerely care, who deal with the maniacal highs and lows of the buyer through the process is difficult and they did it with a smile. Their knowledge is why I walked over the finish line to this home. When your product is involving a human, kindness and knowledge go a long way and Jim and Team have both. I have friends buying homes either before me or simultaneously and as compared to their mortgage companies and realtors, I feel amazingly fortunate that I landed with them.
