      I’ve been using this branch as my business banking source since moving here three years ago. Professional, warm, friendly, and absolutely wonderful are only four of many adjectives I can use to describe the employees who work there; a fifth is “possessed of the highest integrity.” I make a point of physically driving to the branch to deposit customer payments specifically so I can have the opportunity to interact with them. One day I didn’t add the deposits up correctly and shorted myself a significant amount of money. About the same time I got home I was called by one of the tellers to inform me she had spotted and corrected my mistake. THAT RIGHT THERE is customer service in action. (She is my most favorite person in the branch!!) I was also saddened to learn recently another teller had recently taken a position with a credit union in Atlanta. She always had a contagious smile on her face and I will miss dealing with her. I’m not sure if it’s appropriate to mention names so I didn’t, but I will definitely continue using the Tyrone branch as my source of business banking. Could not ask for a better experience!!

      *Pleasant Experience* As soon as I walked into the branch I was greeted by Denise which also said hello by name which is a great tool to remember. She made my banking experience easy, breezy, beautiful. Thank you Denise!

      Visiting this branch yesterday was very unpleasant. As soon as I opened the door, it smelled like cigarette smoke. It became apparent very quickly that the woman at the counter was the source & the cigarette smell was unbearably strong at that distance. It's inconsiderate & unprofessional to smell like a giant cigarette at work.
