Being trapped in a robo answering service about a safety alert necklace instead giving me the option I called for is the worst "Customer Service" I can think of! All I wanted was to report that I was zipping down to Florida today and may be using my card. Instead of the consumer having to jump through any hoops at all, why not make an option selection on the website for reporting travel plans so we can be on our way? The process is cumbersome at best; having a rude Service Rep make you answer his call from another line while you are already on the line with him in the first place, but THIS being trapped in a call about Medicare alert buttons was THE WORST.
