Feel scammed and lied to. The person I spoke to railroaded me into signing a bunch of papers saying he would waive the 500 application fee and it did not lock me into anything and the rate would be 5.125 LOCKED in if I signed the paperwork. I was so tired and it was late at night and I was trying to read what I was signing which you need to be an attorney to understand. When I printed out the entire FORTY PAGES, there it was in black and white 500.00 fee due even if I don't close on the loan and NO LOCK on the rate. It is clearly a FLOATING rate. That was an out and out lie. So disappointed and then got an URGENT email saying YOU HAVE TO GET THESE PAPERS IN RIGHT NOW. OMG What is this used car sales from the OLD DAYS. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
