  The respect our broker and lender showed us was second to none. Communication was on point especially from Greg Rodgers. The home buying experience is extremely frustrating and drawn out. But Greg created a mental “safe place” for my wife and me. When we had questions he had answers, even if he had to call back to give the answer. Thank you! Sincerely, Nicholas L. Clancy

  I sent a message asking how much I would qualify for a home loan. They told me, asked if I wanted to speak to a loan officer.. I said no. I wanted to pay a few credit cards off before checking my credit. I got a letter today from Amerisave Mortgage company, with a credit report and a denial for a loan application! I didn't authorize a credit check, or apply for a loan.when I finally spoke to a loan officer, she said they didn't pull my credit.. it clearly stated this was from Amerisave . This is not a good company to trust. I don't recommend them at all.

  Terrible customer service. They leave you hanging and if you pay for the rate lock they will never give it back if you decide not to use them. Would never use them again.
