  We just closed on our house with Judi Rowe and it couldn’t have gone smoother. Judi was on time, virtuous, professional and genuinely kind. Selling a house is stressful and ours was complicated (nothing to do with Amerititle). Judi was great to work with. Highly recommend her and the Amerititle team.

  In their own words they made a "catastrophic error" after we signed that prevented them from recording on time. They literally recorded our purchase as we and our movers were in the process of moving. Unbelievable. This caused all kinds of stress and prevented us from being able to do some prep work (like cleaning) before the movers were unloading. Definitely made the buying process far more stressful than it should've been. So glad this is a once in a lifetime experience because I would never want to risk a repeat with this company. Do not recommend at all!

  This place help sell my house out from under me leaving me homeless and penniless the realtor Laura Dunigan knew my soon to be ex and myself were getting a divorce and were separated at the time of the sell of our house she had me move out on Sunday because it was more convenient for her and I was promised that title would have a check in my name on Monday so I signed a document saying I moved out she told my ex the things I sold of his which was no business of hers and offered to send him his mail even though she knows he is running from the cops for domestic violence.my name wasn't on the house and she made sure she got her money and so did the title company sellers beware
